Power of Attorney Resources

A Power of Attorney enables an individual to appoint another individual to act on their behalf.

The legislation for Powers of Attorney vary quite markedly between the different States and Territories and care should be taken to ensure that these Powers of Attorney are enacted in accordance with the legislation in the respective jurisdiction.
