The President and Vice-President are each appointed for a term of one year and the appointment is on an jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction rotation basis in accordance with the ACJA Constitution (clauses 12 and 13). The Registrar and Deputy Registrar are elected at the Annual General Meeting for a four year term.
